Location: Normandy Park, WA near Seattle, WA
Position: Full-Time
Work Setting: Private Physical Therapy Office
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary: $85,000 to $100,000 per year plus full benefits

Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time position in a private practice setting near Seattle. This role is focused on helping patients recover from injury, manage pain, and improve physical performance through structured, individualized care. You will have the time to evaluate thoroughly, treat effectively, and build meaningful progress with each patient across their plan of care.

Responsibilities

  • Complete thorough physical therapy evaluations and identify functional limitations
  • Create and carry out individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical needs
  • Use therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and other skilled interventions as appropriate
  • Review progress consistently and modify treatment when necessary
  • Educate patients on exercises, recovery expectations, and strategies to support long-term results
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with clinic and licensing standards
  • Work collaboratively with clinic staff to provide a positive patient experience

Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active Washington Physical Therapist license, or ability to obtain before start
  • CPR certification
  • Outpatient or orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong clinical reasoning and clear patient communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
