Position: Full-Time
Work Setting: Private Physical Therapy Office
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary: $85,000 to $100,000 per year plus full benefits

Job Summary

A private outpatient office near Seattle is hiring a Physical Therapist for a full-time opening. This position offers the chance to work in a structured clinical environment where your focus can stay on patient outcomes, not overloaded scheduling. You will assess movement issues, guide rehabilitation, and help patients return to work, activity, and daily routines with greater strength and function.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate new patients and identify treatment goals based on symptoms, function, and history
  • Provide skilled physical therapy services in line with the established plan of care
  • Apply evidence-based treatment methods to improve pain, mobility, balance, and strength
  • Track patient progress and revise treatment approaches when needed
  • Teach patients proper technique for home exercise and daily movement strategies
  • Complete documentation promptly and accurately for all visits
  • Maintain professional communication with staff, patients, and referral sources

Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active Washington Physical Therapist license, or ability to obtain before start
  • CPR certification
  • Outpatient or orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong clinical reasoning and clear patient communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
