Physical Therapist

Location: Normandy Park, WA near Seattle, WA
Position: Full-Time
Work Setting: Private Physical Therapy Office
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary: $85,000 to $100,000 per year plus full benefits

Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join a private practice serving patients in the Normandy Park area. Your day will center on patient evaluations, goal-based treatment, and helping individuals return to daily activities with better strength, mobility, and confidence. With one patient per hour, this role gives you the space to focus on care quality and real progress.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations and establish clear treatment goals
• Deliver skilled therapy services tailored to each patient’s diagnosis and presentation
• Reassess progress regularly and update plans of care when appropriate
• Guide patients through exercise programs, mobility work, and recovery activities
• Teach home programs and safe movement strategies
• Maintain timely, complete, and accurate clinical documentation
• Help support an organized and professional clinic environment

Requirements

• MSPT or DPT degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Washington Physical Therapist license, or ability to obtain before start
• Current CPR certification
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload while maintaining quality care
