Position: Full-Time
Work Setting: Private Physical Therapy Office
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary: $85,000 to $100,000 per year plus full benefits

Job Summary

A private physical therapy office in Normandy Park is looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join its team. In this position, you will work directly with patients on movement, strength, pain management, and return-to-function goals in a one-patient-per-hour setting. The day-to-day work is centered on thoughtful evaluations, practical treatment planning, and helping people make steady, measurable progress.

Responsibilities

  • Perform initial evaluations and establish clear, goal-based treatment plans
  • Deliver physical therapy treatments that match each patient’s needs and stage of recovery
  • Reassess patient progress regularly and update care plans when appropriate
  • Instruct patients in exercise programs and strategies for recovery at home
  • Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation
  • Communicate with referring providers when needed regarding patient progress
  • Support a professional, organized, and efficient clinic workflow

Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active Washington Physical Therapist license, or ability to obtain before start
  • CPR certification
  • Outpatient or orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong clinical reasoning and clear patient communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
