Position: Full-Time
Work Setting: Private Physical Therapy Office
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour
Salary: $85,000 to $100,000 per year plus full benefits
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join a private outpatient clinic in Normandy Park, WA near Seattle. This position is centered on evaluating patients, creating practical treatment plans, and helping people improve mobility, strength, and function through one-on-one care. You will work with individuals recovering from injury, surgery, or physical limitations and play a direct role in helping them return to everyday activities with less pain and better movement.

Responsibilities

  • Perform initial evaluations and identify functional limitations and treatment goals
  • Develop individualized therapy plans based on each patient’s condition and progress
  • Provide skilled treatment using therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and other appropriate interventions
  • Track patient improvement and modify treatment plans when clinically necessary
  • Teach home exercise programs and educate patients on recovery strategies
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation for evaluations, daily visits, and discharge planning
  • Communicate clearly with patients, providers, and clinic staff to support continuity of care

Requirements

  • MSPT or DPT degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Active Washington Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain licensure before start
  • Current CPR certification
  • Previous outpatient experience preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
  • Ability to manage a full-time caseload while maintaining quality care
