Location: Normandy Park, WA near Seattle, WA
Position: Full-Time
Work Setting: Private Physical Therapy Office
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary: $85,000 to $100,000 per year plus full benefits

Job Summary

We are hiring a Physical Therapist for a private outpatient clinic in Normandy Park, WA near Seattle. In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and provide one-on-one therapy focused on improving movement, reducing pain, and restoring function. This position is ideal for a PT who wants a steady schedule and the time to give each patient thoughtful, individualized care.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations, goals, and treatment needs
  • Create individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient progress
  • Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training
  • Monitor patient response to treatment and adjust plans as needed
  • Educate patients on home exercises, recovery strategies, and injury prevention
  • Complete documentation accurately and on time
  • Communicate with providers and clinic staff to support coordinated care

Requirements

  • MSPT or DPT degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active Washington Physical Therapist license, or ability to obtain before start
  • Current CPR certification
  • Outpatient experience preferred
  • Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a full-time caseload while maintaining quality care
