Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitation services across two locations: Cass City and Caro, MI. This role requires flexibility, strong clinical abilities, and the capacity to deliver high-quality patient care in both outpatient and/or inpatient settings. You will work collaboratively with a supportive, interdisciplinary team to help patients achieve meaningful recovery and functional goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities at both Cass City and Caro sites
- Educate patients and families on treatment goals, safety, and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within the EMR system
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and therapy teams
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to all facility and state regulations
Qualifications:
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Michigan
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred; new graduates will be considered
