Full Time Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy practice at Gotham Enterprises Ltd. We are PT Owned Orthopedic Outpatient Practice, one in providing patient-centered, high-quality academic medicine in a compassionate and equitable manner, while delivering a best-in-class work experience to every member of the team. Salary: $95,000-$115,000 per year with full benefits.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

Patient Volume: 1-2 patients per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzes gate to make appropriate recommendations for assisted devices
• Assesses the patients balance, coordination, proprioception abilities
• Collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive services to meet individual needs
• Develops a treatment plan based on patient’s functional abilities
• Evaluates and treats the muscular, skeletal, neurological and cardiovascular patients
• Makes referral recommendations for additional patient care services as required
• Works with the referring physician for individual needs
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current California state license as Physical Therapist.
• Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
• New grad are welcome to apply!
