We are dedicated to providing exceptional care and equipping our patients with the tools and knowledge to maintain their progress. Our commitment to our patients’ well-being is at the core of everything we do, ensuring personalized and efficient rehabilitation services.


Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role located in Apopka, FL. The primary responsibilities include assessing patients' physical conditions, creating individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic techniques to aid recovery and improve mobility. The Physical Therapist will monitor and record patient progress, educate patients and their families, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize care and outcomes. If desired, we have the opportunity to grow into the Clinical Director of this facility after the first 90-days of successful onboarding and training.


Qualifications

  • Experience with patient assessments, treatment planning, and implementing physical therapy interventions
  • Strong skills in physical therapy techniques, exercise programs, and rehabilitation methods
  • Ability to educate patients and their families on maintaining progress and achieving health goals
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaborative team skills
  • Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
  • Active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
  • Experience working in a clinical setting is preferred but not required
