• Evaluate, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans for patients with diverse diagnoses and symptoms.
• Provide individual and group therapy to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure top-tier patient outcomes.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for efficient and seamless documentation.
• Cover various units, including Acute Rehab, SNF, Outpatient, and more, expanding your expertise.

• A degree in Physical Therapy (DPT preferred).
• Current Ohio Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one.
• At least one clinical rotation in a rehabilitation setting (Acute Rehab, SNF, Outpatient, Home Health, etc.).
• Passion for delivering exceptional care and making a difference in patients' lives.
