Job Description
Physical Therapist - Pelvic Floor/Ortho (Crofton, MD) $85,000-$100,000 | 8 Patients/Day (Not 14-20) | New Grads Welcome

Tired of the hamster wheel? We're not your typical PT clinic.
While most PTs are burning out seeing 14-20+ patients a day in insurance mills, our therapists average 8 visits per day. You'll actually have time to solve problems, not just check boxes.

What Makes This Different

Real Pelvic Floor PT (Not Just the Basics):
  • We go deep—women's health, men's health, and pediatrics (peds optional)
  • Not just postpartum DR and Kegels
  • Complex cases: pelvic pain, bowel/bladder dysfunction, sexual dysfunction, nerve issues
  • We treat the patients other clinics dismissed or couldn't help
Our patients tell us we're the first providers in YEARS to actually listen. Check our Google reviews—you'll see story after story of people who "tried PT before" at other clinics and got nowhere. They come to us as their last hope, and we deliver.

The Schedule You Actually Want:
  • Average 8 visits per day (vs. 14-20 at traditional clinics)
  • 90-minute pelvic floor evaluations
  • 60-minute ortho evaluations
  • Time to actually assess, educate, and treat
  • Go home energized, not depleted
Mentorship That Actually Exists:
  • Weekly 1-on-1 training with top pelvic floor specialists
  • Structured mentorship program for those new to pelvic floor OR new grads
  • Ongoing CE support + external course reimbursement
  • Learn to treat the complex cases others won't touch
The Business Model:
  • Primarily cash-based practice (we do accept Medicare)
  • Patients who value what you do and pay accordingly
  • You'll need to communicate value and sell services—this isn't for PTs who just want to coast
  • Premium pricing for premium care
  • Minimal insurance documentation headaches
Who Thrives Here
You're the right fit if you:
  • Believe in the value of what you do and aren't afraid to charge accordingly
  • Want to become a TRUE pelvic floor specialist, not just dabble in "women's health"
  • Are coachable and hungry to grow
  • Understand this is clinical excellence, not just being a glorified personal trainer
  • Can build real relationships with patients who have real problems
  • Do what's right even when it's harder than what's easy
  • Want to be the PT who finally helps patients who've been dismissed everywhere else
New grads: If you're serious about learning pelvic floor PT the right way from day one, apply.

Experienced PTs: If you're tired of volume-based care and ready to practice at a higher level, apply.

What We're NOT Looking For
  • PTs who think pelvic floor = just postpartum abs and incontinence exercises
  • Anyone looking for a 9-5 punch-in/punch-out job
  • Therapists who think "performance PT" means filming Instagram workouts
  • People who need constant hand-holding or can't handle feedback
  • Clinicians who dismiss complex patients or say "that's not PT"
The Role
Clinical:
  • Deep dive pelvic floor cases (not surface-level treatment)
  • Women, men, and pediatric pelvic floor (peds not required)
  • Orthopedic cases
  • Patient education is your superpower
  • Individualized treatment (we don't do cookie-cutter here)
  • Help patients avoid surgery, medications, and injections
  • Be the provider who finally listens and gets results
Growth Opportunities:
  • Content creation/social media (optional but valued)
  • Community workshops and speaking
  • Building your reputation as a specialist who actually gets results
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $85,000-$100,000 (based on pelvic floor experience)
  • Health insurance
  • Retirement plan
  • Generous CE reimbursement
  • Paid vacation
  • Relocation package available
  • Flexible scheduling
