Physical Therapist Director & Physical Therapist Full-time MishockPhysical Therapy & Associates is a privately owned, outpatient physical therapy practice throughout Montgomery, Berks and Chester Counties. It is our mission to provide the most effective and state‑of‑the‑art physical therapy services to relieve pain, restore function, and return you to the highest quality of life possible. We have five locations located in Montgomery, Chester, and Berks County. We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Director & Physical Therapist to join our growing healthcare team in Bechtelsville, PA ! As a Manager Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients improve their mobility, manage pain, and recover from injuries through evidence‑based treatment approaches, as well as: Responsibilities Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure compliance with regulations. Maintain staffing, equipment, and resources for high‑quality patient care. Hire, train, and supervise clinic staff, providing regular performance evaluations. Participate in ongoing education for professional growth. Analyze patient data to optimize staffing and program development. Lead marketing efforts, including physician visits and community engagement. Ensure the highest standards of patient safety and ethical care. Demonstrate strong leadership, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills. Require a relevant degree and experience in clinic management. Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution. Current Physical Therapy license in Pennsylvania. Valid CPR certification.
