Full Time Physical Therapist Needed

We are in search of a skilled Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient practice. In this role, you will partner with patients to restore their movement and help them attain their best possible functionality. We believe that every patient has the right to perform at their peak, irrespective of their medical history. As part of our collaborative team, you will be dedicated to providing exceptional care.

Salary:

$100,000-$110,000 per year with full benefits.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Patient Volume:

1-2 patients a day

Responsibilities:

• Identify and address unique patient goals and needs.
• Provide cost-effective treatments to improve client motion and mobility.
• Minimize reliance on medications and propose alternative options to surgery.
• Design wellness-oriented programs catering to each patient’s specific requirements.
• Deliver personalized, evidence-based care and proven interventions.
• Encourage and motivate patients to enhance their functional abilities.
• Collaborate with other health professionals for integrated patient care.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress; communicate findings effectively.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient care services.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current Washington state license as Physical Therapist.
• Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
