Looking for Full Time Physical Therapist

At Gotham Enterprises Ltd, we're dedicated to providing exceptional orthopedic outpatient care in a supportive and innovative environment. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to enhance our team located in East Brunswick, NJ.

Your role will involve partnering with patients to help them restore motion, reduce pain, and regain independence. You will be responsible for creating personalized care plans and implementing effective treatment strategies to optimize patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine patients’ needs and establish treatment goals.
• Develop and implement individual treatment plans tailored to each patient's lifestyle and preferences.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and interventions to promote recovery and health.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation strategies and preventative care.
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in continuing education and training to stay current with advancements in the field.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) required.
• Current New Jersey Physical Therapy License.
• Prior experience in orthopedic outpatient settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with EMR systems (e.g., WebPT) is a plus.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
