Position Available: Full-Time Physical Therapist

We are currently in search of a competent Physical Therapist to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for the evaluation and treatment of a wide range of patients who have musculoskeletal conditions. In this position, you will be responsible for the development and execution of customized therapy sessions that are intended to enhance functional capabilities and alleviate discomfort. Your dedication and proficiency will be indispensable in assisting patients in attaining their rehabilitation objectives and regaining their quality of life.

Salary: $100,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9 am - 5 pm
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour
Patient Type: Adult Patients
Insurance Mix: Major Medical Commercial Insurances Medicare

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patients’ physical conditions and mobility.
• Developing personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Guiding patients through exercises to improve strength and mobility.
• Develops a treatment plan based on patient’s functional abilities
• Performing hands-on techniques to alleviate pain and improve function.
• Tracking patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Works with the referring physician for individual needs

Requirements

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active New Jersey State license as Physical Therapist.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
• New grads are welcome to apply!
