Full-Time Physical Therapist

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year (based on experience) + full benefits
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM
Insurance Mix: Medicare & Major Medical Commercial Insurances
Conditions Treated: Lower back pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, chronic pain, elbow pain, neck pain, osteoarthritis, and more.
Types of Patients: Geriatric and adult patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess patients’ physical abilities to identify their unique needs and limitations.
• Document patient medical histories and treatment plans accurately while following all guidelines and regulations.
• Develop and implement effective treatment strategies tailored to individual patient goals.
• Deliver hands-on therapy to alleviate pain and restore function, based on physician recommendations.
• Ensure timely documentation of patient progress and outcomes, adhering to all facility policies.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive, coordinated care for each patient.
• Stay updated on best practices and advancements in physical therapy to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active state license as Physical Therapist.
• Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
• New grads are welcome to apply!
