Overview PT needed in George West, Texas. Position is for Long Term Care & Skilled Nursing. Hours are Friday–Monday 8:00–17:00 (start/end times dependent on census). 32-36 hour guarantee with potential for more hours based on census. Provider will log hours each week from EMR (Rehab Optima). They will print, and their supervisor will sign. Clock in and out to receive hours.
