Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an outpatient orthopedic setting.

This role involves working with patients of all ages, including pediatrics and those requiring orthopedic rehabilitation. The Physical Therapist will play a crucial role in discharge planning and ensuring a smooth transition for patients returning to their daily activities.

Our orthopedic and vestibular clinic is distinguished by its personalized, one-on-one care model, dedicating 30-60 minutes per patient based on individual needs. We specialize in dry needling and diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound.

We are looking for an enthusiastic clinician eager to manage: flexible part-time caseload with growth potential. Compensation is provided per patient visit.

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their physical therapy needs.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals.
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and overall function
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and wellness strategies.
Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications
A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Valid state license.
Experience in orthopedic private practice is a plus.
Strong knowledge of orthopedic rehabilitation techniques and systems.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
Commitment to providing high-quality patient-centered care.
