Role Overview:
As a Physical Therapist in our inpatient rehab unit, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives, helping them regain function and improve daily living. You will work closely with patients, families, and nursing staff to support recovery and independence.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy to improve patients' physical abilities and function.
  • Educate nursing staff and patients' families on follow-through programs to sustain progress made in therapy.
  • Monitor and document patient progress in alignment with regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Communicate updates on patient conditions to supervisors and the care team; assist with patient scheduling and post charges in patient records.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, keeping equipment clean and functional.
  • Adhere to the organization's Code of Business Conduct, Corporate Compliance Agreement, and all relevant professional and legal standards.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Active and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state of Kansas
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
