Responsibilities Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to help patients recover and return to a pain-free life. Provide hands-on therapy and instruction to patients. Communicate regularly with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient needs are met. Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes. Collaborate with other clinicians and staff to provide comprehensive care. Contribute to the overall success of the clinic through teamwork, professionalism, and excellence. Qualifications A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of employment. Strong clinical skills.
