Join our growing team at our Hillsborough, NJ orthopedic outpatient location as a Full-Time Physical Therapist. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping patients regain mobility and achieve their full potential. You’ll use your expertise to create personalized treatment programs that not only reduce pain but also enhance overall function and quality of life.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth evaluations of patients’ physical conditions and mobility challenges.
• Create tailored treatment plans to help patients meet their recovery milestones.
• Utilize manual therapy and evidence-based exercises to alleviate pain and improve movement.
• Track patient progress and adjust treatment strategies to ensure ongoing improvement.

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 annually

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current New Jersey State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in orthopedic physical therapy preferred.
• Proficient in clinical assessments and orthopedic treatment modalities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with patients and the team.
