Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physical Therapist based in San Antonio, TX. The Physical Therapist will assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to enhance patients' physical capabilities and quality of life. Responsibilities include providing therapy sessions for both pediatric and senior patients, monitoring progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation
• Experience with SNFs/ALs/LTCs, and the ability to manage ones time productively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Texas
• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
• Prior experience working with senior populations is a plus
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
• Commitment to ones patients.
