Experience:
- Physical therapy: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- Physical Therapy License (Required)
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Lockport, IL 60441 (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Lockport, IL 60441: Relocate before starting work (Required)
