A renowned Pain Management organization is looking to immediately hire a Full Time Physical Therapist. You will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with physical impairments and functional limitations. This role involves developing individualized treatment plans, providing hands-on therapy, and working closely with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. The organization is offering $100,000 to $115,000 annually with a generous benefits package including paid time off (PTO), medical, dental, vision, and more.
Job Responsibilities:
- Patient Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with physical impairments, pain, or movement dysfunction. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments and patient goals.
- Therapeutic Interventions: Implement treatment plans through a variety of physical therapy techniques, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation.
- Pain Management: Work with patients to reduce pain, increase mobility, and improve physical function using evidence-based practices in collaboration with the pain management team.
- Patient Education: Instruct patients on proper posture, exercise routines, injury prevention strategies, and the use of assistive devices. Provide guidance on home exercise programs for long-term recovery.
- Documentation and Progress Tracking: Accurately document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in the electronic medical record (EMR). Adjust treatment plans as needed based on patient progress.
- Collaborative Care: Work closely with other healthcare providers (e.g., physicians, chiropractors, pain management specialists) to ensure coordinated, holistic patient care.
- Rehabilitation Goals: Help patients recover from surgeries, sports injuries, or chronic conditions, aiming to improve their quality of life through physical therapy.
- Compliance and Safety: Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, follow clinic protocols, and ensure patient confidentiality. Ensure that all therapy equipment is maintained and safe for use.
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Must hold a current and valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in New Jersey.
- Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience: 3 years' experience in pain management or outpatient physical therapy is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and rehabilitation protocols; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to motivate and support patients in their recovery.
Employment Package:
- $100,000 to $115,000 annual salary,

- Maximum of 40 hours per week
