Dedicated Physical Therapist – Full-Time Position.

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is currently hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist. This role is ideal for a professional dedicated to delivering exceptional care and helping patients restore movement and function.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5 Pm

Patient Volume: 2 per Hour

Insurance Mix: Medicare & Major Medical Commercial Insurances

Team Structure: 3 Physical Therapists, 2 Physical Therapist Assistants, 4 Rehab Techs

Types of Patients: Young Adults to Geriatric Patients from 21 years old to 85 year old +

Responsibilities:

Design customized fitness and wellness programs tailored to each patient's specific needs.

Deliver high-quality, individualized care based on solid evidence and proven interventions.

Encourage and motivate patients throughout treatment to optimize their functionality.

Foster a healthy lifestyle for clients by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

Requirements

• Current NY Physical Therapist License.
• DPT Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Proven clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
