Looking for Full Time Physical Therapist

Gotham Enterprises Ltd are looking for a PT to join our rapidly expanding team of Physical Therapists in East Brunswick, NJ. The physical therapist provides direct patient- and family-centered care under the direction of the rehabilitation leadership team. This includes, but is not limited to, evaluation, assessment, and treatment planning based on functional needs. Works with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and adjust treatment plans as necessary

Salary: 90-115K a year

Working time: Monday-Friday (9AM-5PM)

Insurance Mix: Medicare & Major Medical Commercial Insurances

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine patients’ needs and establish treatment goals.
• Develop and implement individual treatment plans tailored to each patient's lifestyle and preferences.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and interventions to promote recovery and health.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation strategies and preventative care.
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in continuing education and training to stay current with advancements in the field.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) required.
• Current NJ Physical Therapy License.
• Prior experience in orthopedic outpatient settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with EMR systems (e.g., WebPT) is a plus.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
