Are you a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist looking for a fulfilling opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients? Join our team at the Precision Health and Wellness Center, where you'll have the chance to collaborate with a dedicated group of healthcare professionals and help patients achieve their wellness goals.

Position Overview: We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide exceptional care to our patients at our chiropractic center located in Upper Darby and North Wales, Pennsylvania. You will play a crucial role in helping patients recover and regain their quality of life. This position involves providing exceptional care to patients covered byMedicare, health insurance plans, personal injuries, and worker's compensation injuries. The ideal candidate should be passionate about improving patients' quality of life through rehabilitation and exercise programs, and be dedicated to helping them recover from injuries or conditions.

40 hours a week. Salary range of 65K-100K USD.

Responsibilities:

Patient Evaluation and Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and create personalized treatment plans.

Treatment Implementation: Administer a wide range of physical therapy modalities and exercises to promote healing, mobility, and pain relief.

Patient Education: Educate patients on therapeutic exercises, activities, and techniques to enhance their recovery and maintain their well-being.

Progress Monitoring: Regularly evaluate patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, including treatment notes, progress reports, and billing information.

Collaboration: Coordinate care with our chiropractors and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient wellness.

Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in physical therapy and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

Qualifications:

Licensed Physical Therapist: Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Pennsylvania.

Experience: Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.

Compassion: A genuine desire to help patients and a patient-centered approach to care.

Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with patients and the healthcare team.

Flexibility: Ability to adapt to the changing needs of the patients and the center.

Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
