Full-Time Physical Therapist

Location: North Brunswick Township, NJ
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $90K to $110K a year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
Our team is looking for a Physical Therapist to provide consistent, patient-focused care in a full-time setting. You will help individuals improve mobility, manage discomfort, and work toward functional recovery through customized therapy plans. This role requires strong clinical decision-making, clear communication, and the ability to keep treatment practical and patient specific.

Responsibilities:

• Perform evaluations and identify treatment priorities
• Build care plans that align with each patient’s condition and recovery goals
• Guide patients through exercise-based and hands-on therapy sessions
• Review patient response to treatment and update plans accordingly
• Provide instruction on safe movement and home exercise routines
• Maintain detailed treatment notes and progress documentation
• Contribute to a smooth and professional clinical environment

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license
• Strong understanding of rehabilitation and treatment planning
• Ability to communicate clearly with patients and team members
• Previous clinical experience preferred
