Job Overview:
OPTIONS REHAB is a growing, community-trusted outpatient physical therapy and sports medicine clinic in Nutley, NJ. We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Physical Therapist with a passion for orthopedic rehab and a desire to make a meaningful impact on patients’ lives.

Spanish-speaking is a major plus but not required, as we proudly serve a diverse patient population and have support staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess patients’ physical limitations, strengths, and functional goals
• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based care plans targeting recovery and performance
• Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, and progressive rehab interventions
• Collaborate with front desk staff, other providers, and support staff for coordinated care
• Educate patients and families on home exercises and self-management techniques
• Monitor progress and document thoroughly using EMR for accuracy and continuity of care
• Participate in case management and discharge planning, especially for post-op and sports rehab patients
• Contribute to a positive clinic culture of teamwork, accountability, and patient-first service

Requirements:

• Doctorate (DPT) or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current New Jersey PT license (or ability to obtain)
• Excellent clinical reasoning and interpersonal communication skills
• Passion for helping people move better and live stronger
• Strong documentation and time management skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
