Physical Therapist Needed in Oceanside, New York!

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for our orthopedic outpatient practice in Oceanside, New York. This role is essential in guiding patients toward restoring their motion and achieving optimal health. You will work closely with clients to enhance their quality of life through comprehensive assessments and personalized treatment plans.

Our cutting-edge facility is committed to providing high-quality care, and you will be an integral part of a supportive team focused on promoting patient wellness and rehabilitation.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year with full benefits

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Assess and meet patients’ goals and needs effectively.
• Manage treatment plans for 1-2 patients per hour.
• Utilize orthopedic outpatient experience in treatment delivery.
• Design cost-effective interventions to enhance mobility.
• Develop fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Motivate patients to achieve optimal function.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care services.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Valid New York State Physical Therapist license.
• No history of board actions or disciplinary measures.
• Experience in manual therapy and exercise techniques.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, preferably WebPT.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
