Job Description:

1. Conduct detailed physical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
2. Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, electrotherapy, and rehabilitation programs.
3. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
4. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
5. Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
6. Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
7. Ensure compliance with clinical documentation standards
8. Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for integrated patient care.
9. Participate in case discussions and multidisciplinary meetings.
10. Provide recommendations for further medical or surgical intervention when required.
