Position Overview: As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in assessing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs for patients of all ages and backgrounds. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a diverse patient population, including those recovering from injuries, surgeries, or managing chronic conditions.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (9am-5pm)
Salary: $100k to $120k a year Plus full benefits
Patient Population: made up of older adults and a combination of major medical; insurance, and Medicare insurance patients.
Team Structure: Our team consist of 2 PT’S, 2 PTA’S and 3 Rehab Techs.
We treat a range of conditions including:
- lower backpain, Osteoarthritis, shoulder pain, knee pain, elbow pain, tennis elbow carpal tunnel syndrome and chronic pain.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions in accordance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree (DPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active New Jersey license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- At least 2 years of experience in this field.
- Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
