Full-time Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic. In this role, you will evaluate patients, design personalized treatment programs, and implement therapeutic interventions that promote recovery and rehabilitation. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will ensure that our patient-centered approach is at the heart of the care we provide.

Salary: $90,000-$100,000 per year with full benefits.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday 9 am - 5 pm

Patient Volume: 1-2 patient an hour

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough initial assessment of the patient’s current condition, medical history, functional limitations, and goals to make sure we can help the patient.
• Develop an individualized plan of care based on assessment findings.
• Help patients understand their journey through the practice to help the patient agree to a plan of care that they can commit to.
• Treat patients through education, progressive exercise prescription, and manual therapy techniques
• Monitor patient progress and plans of care as needed.
• Thoroughly document the services and care provided to patients.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current New York state license as Physical Therapist.
• Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
• New grad are welcome to apply!
