We are hiring Physical Therapist (PT) for one of our clients in Mitchellville, IA.

Job Description:

The Client is requesting for a part-time physical therapist.

Basic Scope and Duties:

• Provides treatment services for patients as referred or prescribed by a medical provider.
• Develops individualized therapy treatment plans. Assists patients in exercise using PT equipment; administers gait training in conjunction with developed treatment plans.
• Evaluates progress of patients in relation to treatment applied.
• Instructs nursing staff and aides in administration of treatments.
• Instructs patients in care and use of prosthetic and orthotic devices as prescribed by physicians or in conjunction with treatment plans as developed by the.

Experience Required:

• We would like 3-5 years' experience plus licensure as a Physical Therapist by the Iowa Board of Physical and Occupational Examiners. No additional preferences.

Additional Information:

• Part-time would be 20 hours per week.
• Hours would be on the day shift Monday-Friday, but days and hours would be negotiable
