The Physical Therapist will provide direct patient care and documentation for patients of all ages, birth through geriatric, to enhance physical health and functional abilities. The Physical Therapist will also carry out other operational duties for the Rehabilitation Department as indicated and provide physical therapy to outreach sites as indicated.
