Full-time Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic. We are one in providing patient-centered, high-quality academic medicine in a compassionate and equitable manner, while delivering a best-in-class work experience to every member of the team. Salary: $100,000-$130,000 per year with full benefits.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough initial assessment of the patient’s current condition, medical history, functional limitations, and goals to make sure we can help the patient.
• Develop an individualized plan of care based on assessment findings.
• Help patients understand their journey through the practice to help the patient agree to a plan of care that they can commit to.
• Treat patients through education, progressive exercise prescription, and manual therapy techniques
• Monitor patient progress and plans of care as needed.
• Thoroughly document the services and care provided to patients.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current New Jersey state license as Physical Therapist.
• Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
• New grad are welcome to apply!
