Looking for Full Time Physical Therapist

Gotham Enterprises Ltd are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist for our orthopedic outpatient practice in Yuba City, CA. In this role, you will partner with patients on their journey to restore motion and achieve their personal best. Your primary focus will be maximizing the quality of life and movement potential through comprehensive care.

Salary: 95-115K a year

Working time: M-F 9-5PM

Insurance Mix: Medicare & Major Medical Commercial Insurances

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine patients’ needs and establish treatment goals.
• Develop and implement individual treatment plans tailored to each patient's lifestyle and preferences.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and interventions to promote recovery and health.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation strategies and preventative care.
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in continuing education and training to stay current with advancements in the field.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) required.
• Current California Physical Therapy License.
• Prior experience in orthopedic outpatient settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with EMR systems (e.g., WebPT) is a plus.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
