Full Time Physical Therapist Needed

We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient practice. In this role, you will work alongside patients to restore their mobility and assist them in reaching their optimal functionality. SALARY:

• $95,000-$115,000 per year with full benefits.

WORK SCHEDULE:

• Monday – Friday 9 am - 5 pm

Patient Volume:

• 1-2 patient per hour

Responsibilities:

• Identify and address unique patient goals and needs.
• Provide cost-effective treatments to improve client motion and mobility.
• Minimize reliance on medications and propose alternative options to surgery.
• Design wellness-oriented programs catering to each patient’s specific requirements.
• Encourage and motivate patients to enhance their functional abilities.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress; communicate findings effectively.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient care services.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active California state license as Physical Therapist.
• Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
