HealthPRO Pediatrics is seeking a Physical Therapist for our Pediatric Outpatient Center in Fayetteville and Spring Lake, NC!


  • Pediatric Physical Therapist position available to begin immediately!
  • Fayetteville / Spring Lake, NC
  • Outpatient - Clinic base setting
  • Part time | Casebuilding to Full time....Your life, your schedule!
  • Hourly pay between $55.00 - $60.00 DOE
HelathPRO Pediatrics provides Occupational, Speech and Psychological essential therapies in clinic to children from 2-17 years of age in the Fort Bragg area and surrounding cities. We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate Physical Therapists that have the desire to be part of a large team of LPs, SLPs, OTs MFTs, PT’s, BCBAs and BCBA-Ds that share a common goal of helping children diagnosed with autism achieve their full potential. Responsibilities:
  • Provides skilled physical therapy treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and by assessing and interpreting evaluations and test results of patients.
  • Adheres to state requirements for supervision of PTAs to provide services with the highest care standards
  • Assures continuation of therapeutic plan following discharge by designing home exercise programs; instructing patients, recommending and/or providing assistive equipment; recommending follow-up programs.
  • Promptly and thoroughly documents and maintains clinical and administrative records regarding patient limitations/interventions, treatments, responses and progress to administered therapy as well as discharge summaries.
  • Maintains patient records confidentially.
  • Records treatment charges daily and completes documentation in accurate and timely manner.
  • Complies with the applicable State Physical Therapy Practice Act, codes and regulations

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Must be able to recognize and respond appropriately to urgent/emergent situations per protocols.
  • Maintains clean work area, clean treatment rooms and requests needed supplies.
  • Maintains professional appearance and personal conduct at all times.
  • Complies with all company policies and procedures.
  • Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with co-workers and other professionals as it relates to collaboration of care for the patient.
  • Keeps regular clinic hours as approved by Manager.
  • Directs all patient scheduling matters through the front desk coordinator.
  • Attends meetings as requested.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current State Physical Therapist license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Efficient problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication skills and time management skills
  • Must keep best interest of the client and family at the forefront of all activities
  • Collaborative nature
  • Allegiance to the mission, values, and vision of the organization
