Position: PRN Physical Therapist , 1099 position
Location: Hillsborough county
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding physical therapy services to patients on an as-needed basis.
- Conduct thorough assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to address musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.
Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapy license in FL.
- CPR certification
- Physical
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in Home Health preferred
