We are seeking a Physical Therapist to support a PT owned out-patient clinic with two locations in beautiful Thousand Oaks, CA. We are offering an opportunity for an energetic, friendly and enthusiastic licensed Physical Therapists to join our highly qualified team. Interested parties will enjoy a 4,200 sq ft professional PT facility with state of the art gym equipment, a spacious floor plan with a panoramic view of the rolling green hills in Thousand Oaks, private treatment rooms and the opportunity to implement individual treatment plans to their clients. In addition, we offer competitive salaries. Our clinic encounters a wide spectrum of diagnoses ranging from orthopedics and neuro to women's health and pediatrics. Salary based on experience.

Duties
- Evaluate patients' medical history and condition to determine the best course of treatment
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' specific needs and goals
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other modalities to improve patients' mobility, strength, and function
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self-care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's degree in Physical Therapy, or DPT from an accredited program
- Valid California state license or certification as a Physical Therapist
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
- Proficiency manual therapy techniques
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
