Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to help them recover from injury, manage pain, and restore mobility. Create measurable, functional goals and adjust plans of care as patients progress. Educate patients on treatment options, home exercises, and strategies to prevent reinjury. Supervise and guide techs during patient care setup and cleanup. Use evidence‑based pain‑management techniques to improve function. Determine discharge timelines and provide patients with strategies for long‑term success. Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharges accurately and on time. Achieve a reasonable level of productivity. Team expects 60 treatments in a 40‑hour work week for a full‑time PT. Participate in clinic research projects and protocol development. Stay current on best practices through in‑house CEUs and continuing education. Qualifications Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. Valid Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain). Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
