Physical TherapistUnder the general guidance of the Physical Therapy Manager; administers patient evaluations, plans and implements patient treatment proficiently for all assigned patient diagnoses. Supervises Physical Therapy Assistants and Technicians in patient treatment programs. Assists in supervision, training and orienting new staff. This position treats/cares for patients of all ages. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of the Organization. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values.$10,000 Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Assistance offered for qualified new hires. Per policy, current employees are not eligible.New grads are welcome.Minimum:A Bachelor's Degree Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from a university or college accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.Must possess a valid license to practice Physical Therapy in the State of California.Current American Heart Association BLS.A thorough knowledge of physical therapy techniques and diagnostic tests for evaluation purposes for inpatient and outpatient populations of all ages.Able to complete a thorough evaluation including history objective findings goals justification for medical necessity and a plan of care.Able to perform heavy physical tasks in working directly with patients.Ability to be flexible in making changes in work routine.
