Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour
Salary: $80,000 to $95,000 per year

Job Summary
We are hiring a Physical Therapist for a private outpatient practice in Windsor that operates on a 1 patient per hour model. This role involves evaluating patients, guiding treatment, and helping individuals improve physical function through care plans designed around measurable progress and consistent follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care
• Provide skilled therapy services for outpatient orthopedic and functional conditions
• Review patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
• Complete timely documentation in WebPT
• Educate patients on exercises, self-management, and recovery strategies
• Collaborate with clinic staff to support a well-run practice

Requirements

• MSPT or DPT degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Colorado Physical Therapist license
• Current CPR certification
• Outpatient experience preferred, though new graduates may be considered
• Strong communication and organizational skills
