  • Location: Windsor, CO
  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour
  • Compensation: $80,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience

Job Summary:
The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating patient condition, creating treatment strategies, and delivering rehabilitation services that support mobility, strength, and function. The day-to-day work includes direct treatment, progress measurement, patient instruction, and documentation. This role offers the chance to work in a consistent schedule while maintaining a manageable pace that allows attention to each patient’s care plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients and determine appropriate therapy needs
  • Create individualized treatment plans with clear clinical objectives
  • Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise interventions
  • Train patients on proper body mechanics and home exercises
  • Monitor progress and revise treatment approaches based on outcomes
  • Document evaluations, daily treatment notes, and progress updates
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare providers involved in patient care
  • Maintain a professional and organized clinical workflow

Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
  • Active Colorado Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • Prior outpatient experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of rehabilitation principles and patient progression
  • Effective communication and documentation skills
