Physical Therapist

Position Details:

• Location: Windsor, CO
• Position: Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour
• Salary: $80,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience

Job Summary:
The Physical Therapist helps patients recover movement, reduce discomfort, and improve overall function through individualized treatment planning and direct therapy services. This role includes patient evaluations, ongoing treatment, education, and progress tracking to support safe and effective rehabilitation.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations and treatment needs
• Develop individualized plans of care with measurable goals
• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and mobility-based interventions
• Teach patients proper movement patterns and home exercise routines
• Monitor progress and revise treatment strategies as appropriate

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Active Colorado Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Prior outpatient experience preferred
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
