Full-Time Physical Therapist

Position Details:

• Location: Windsor, CO
• Position Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour
• Compensation: $80,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to support patients through recovery from injury, surgery, and movement-related conditions. This role includes evaluating functional deficits, implementing treatment plans, and helping patients improve performance in daily activities. The position requires strong clinical reasoning, attention to detail, and the ability to guide treatment in a structured outpatient setting.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed patient evaluations and re-evaluations
• Develop treatment plans designed around patient-specific goals
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and movement training
• Educate patients on recovery timelines, activity modification, and home care
• Measure progress and adjust treatment based on patient performance
• Keep accurate documentation in line with clinic and compliance standards
• Communicate patient status updates to physicians and other providers
• Contribute to a smooth and professional patient experience throughout care

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Active Colorado Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Prior outpatient experience preferred
• Strong understanding of rehabilitation principles and patient progression
• Effective communication and documentation skills
