  • Location: Windsor, CO
  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour
  • Compensation: $80K–$100K annually, depending on experience

Job Summary:
This Physical Therapist position focuses on helping patients recover mobility, build strength, and improve everyday function through individualized treatment and guided rehabilitation. The therapist will assess patient needs, apply appropriate interventions, and track measurable progress throughout care. This is a practical, patient-facing role that requires sound judgment, efficiency, and a strong clinical foundation.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform initial evaluations and follow-up assessments
  • Establish treatment goals that align with patient needs and presentation
  • Provide one-on-one therapy using evidence-based treatment methods
  • Instruct patients in mobility work, strengthening, stretching, and movement mechanics
  • Reassess outcomes and modify care plans when appropriate
  • Maintain complete and timely patient records
  • Communicate clearly with patients, providers, and internal team members
  • Support continuity of care through accurate progress reporting

Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
  • Active Colorado Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • Prior outpatient experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of rehabilitation principles and patient progression
  • Effective communication and documentation skills
