  • Location: Windsor, CO
  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour
  • Compensation: $80,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Physical Therapist to provide evaluation, treatment, and ongoing care for patients working to improve movement, reduce pain, and regain function. This position involves building treatment plans, leading therapy sessions, documenting progress, and helping patients move safely through each stage of recovery. The role is best suited for someone who values strong clinical decision-making, clear communication, and consistent patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations, pain points, and treatment goals
  • Develop individualized plans of care based on assessment findings
  • Deliver therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional training interventions
  • Guide patients through treatment sessions and monitor response to care
  • Educate patients on home exercise programs and recovery expectations
  • Update treatment plans as progress changes over time
  • Complete documentation accurately and within required timeframes
  • Coordinate with referring providers and clinic staff as needed

Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
  • Active Colorado Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • Prior outpatient experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of rehabilitation principles and patient progression
  • Effective communication and documentation skills
