Full-Time Physical Therapist Opportunity – Shrewsbury, NJ

A fulfilling opportunity awaits in Shrewsbury, NJ, where your expertise as a Physical Therapist can create a meaningful impact. This full-time position in our Assisted Living Facility offers the chance to enhance mobility, improve quality of life, and foster independence for residents in a supportive and professional environment.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Duties:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations to understand each resident’s needs and craft individualized care strategies.
  • Help residents regain strength, mobility, and functionality through expert techniques and compassionate care.
  • Share valuable insights and resources with residents and their families to promote ongoing wellness and recovery.
  • Maintain detailed records of treatment plans, progress, and outcomes using our advanced EMR system.
  • Stay current with evidence-based practices to consistently deliver top-tier care.

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 annually

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current New Jersey State Physical Therapist License in good standing.
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience (new graduates welcome to apply).
  • Expertise in manual therapy techniques and a patient-centered approach.
  • Familiarity with EMR software (e.g., WebPT) is a plus.
